SKRUD is founded by Konstantin Münzinger with the help of friends. He brings 10 years of experience as a shoe designer and takes care of just about everything.

SKRUD products are only available online and all our products are shipped from Germany.

We are currently not working with retailers. In case you are a retailer and interested into working with us, please use our contact form.

All our jewellery is made from recycled 925 sterling silver. The only other metals we use are fine silver, rhodium, 14K and 18K gold. We do not use cheaper materials such as brass, aluminium or copper as the base material for our products.

Yes, all our sterling silver is recycled. Silver scrap from the jewellery industry is reused in our products. What else do we do? More here

Our products are designed in Nuremberg, Germany. This is where ideas are translated into visual and physical samples.

Our manufacturing partners for our designs are located in Bangkok, Thailand. Producing in Bangkok is the best way to create complex, sustainable and high quality jewelry and keep it affordable for you.

Shopping Basics

We work together with DHL and UPS for our deliveries. See more informations here: Shipping and Deliveries

All orders are processed within 2 working days from our shipping warehouse in Germany. However, orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. SKRUD will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of SKRUD.

Please note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

Yes we do ship our products to the followings countries within Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia and Slovenia.

No delivery to Spain (for now).

Free shipping within the EU on all orders over 120 Euro.

Yes we do ship our products to the United States and Canada.

Free shipping on all orders to USA over 120 US Dollar.

Inside the European Union: No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European Union. The articles’ prices and shipping costs include VAT.

Outside the European Union: Duties and taxes for international shipments are not included in your prices. Items purchased outside of the EU will receive a customs fee, calculated by your local customs authority.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Except for UK, Japan, USA and Canada, we do not ship internationally due to the amount of regulations and shipping costs involved.

Supply And Demand

No, at SKRUD we do not believe in artificial shortages or limitations of our products for the sake of hype. Our primary goal is to make our customers happy by providing them with quality products at fair prices.

Our philosophy is to ensure that our customers have direct access to our products through us or our official channels.

We know how frustrating it is to be unable to buy the items you want because they are in short supply. You can be sure that we are constantly reviewing demand and working to maintain a consistent supply. However, it may happen that the product you are looking for is out of stock.

Please be assured that we will keep all products (except collaborations) in stock for as long as they are in demand. If you would like to be kept informed of any re-stocking, please sign up to our newsletter and we will keep you updated. Sign up here for our newsletter.

We are committed to creating a fair and transparent marketplace for our products. Our aim is to avoid the reseller culture that often occurs when products are in short supply. By restocking our products based on demand, we hope to prevent unfair price increases by resellers.

In your own best interest, please purchase SKRUD products only directly from us or from authorized retailers.

Yes, in the future there may be collaborations that are available for a limited time with pre-defined stock. This approach is more in line with the nature of collaborations than our usual supply philosophy.

In such cases, we will ensure that the limited availability is clearly communicated within the product descriptions to provide full transparency to our customers.

SKRUD’s core values revolve around fairness, transparency and customer satisfaction. We believe that all customers should have equal access to our products at appropriate prices. Unlike brands that artificially restrict supply, we are committed to providing a positive shopping experience by ensuring product availability to meet real customers’ demand.

While we cannot promise availability every day of the year, we will do our best to make it happen!

Shipping & Returns

Yes, we only provide trackable shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track the progress of your order.

To ensure your order arrives in good condition, it will be environment friendly and securely packed in a well padded envelope.

If you need to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible via shop@skrud.de. We will do our best to update your shipping address, but please note that we cannot guarantee that the change can be made.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately via shop@skrud.de. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.

Outside of the legal 14 day right to cancel (EU only) we cannot refund or return unless the item is defective. In that event, please contact us via shop@skrud.de

We will accept an exchange if the item is unworn and in excellent condition. The item must be returned within 28 days of receipt. You are responsible for returning the item to us and any additional charges. Once you have paid the new delivery charges, we will send you the exchange item. To return your product, please contact us at shop@skrud.de

Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
